Shipping and Handling
Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery. Because every piece is handmade, the nature of creating the jewelry takes time. Orders are filled as they are received and shipped as soon as they are finished and there is payment confirmation. This could take longer if there are custom designed pieces. The jewelry is shipped through the U.S. Postal Service with a charge of $4.00. For orders of $100.00 or more there is free shipping and handling. For insurance or priority mail there are additional charges. Please let me know your requests through my email.
Custom Design
I will gladly work with customers to fulfill special orders. I enjoy custom designing very much. Please send me your ideas and I will work with you to suit your needs.
Returns or Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact me at bellegemme@gmail.com. Returns or exchanges will be handled on an individual basis.
The quality of my work means a great deal to me. If you receive a damaged or broken item, whether through the shipping process or a defect in the craftsmanship, please contact me immediately so that I can ensure that I will have the same materials to repair the item. Certain materials have limited availability and I cannot guarantee that every piece can be duplicated. Most repairs will be done at no extra charge; however the cost of the return shipping will not be covered.
Packaging
Every piece of jewelry is packaged in a labeled gift box with a Belle Gemme tag. The materials that were used to create each item are personally hand-written on the back of the tag.
