I began Belle Gemme Jewelry because I enjoy creating artful expressions. I am attracted to earthy colors and textures, and find fulfillment in the process of forming an elegant design. Pearls, gemstones, crystals and handmade glass are a few of the materials that I adore. Every component is hand-selected for its individual beauty and its contribution to the essence of the creation. Growing up on the coast of Maine has always influenced my art, and I continue to look to the ocean for inspiration. For me, trying to capture a few of nature’s attributes in a unique arrangement is an alluring challenge.
